At MaisonSofa, we are committed to delivering your order safely and within the timeframes set out below. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) or PO Boxes at this time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, contact us before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Total estimated delivery from order confirmation:
- Contiguous United States (48 states): 6 to 10 business days (processing + transit)
- Alaska and Hawaii: 8 to 12 business days (processing + transit)
All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Standard delivery to the contiguous United States (48 states): 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
Alaska and Hawaii: 7 to 10 business days from dispatch.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. MaisonSofa is not liable for delays once your order has been dispatched to the carrier.

This offer applies to standard DHL Express delivery to all eligible US addresses listed above.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time at dhl.com or directly through the DHL Express app.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@maisonsofa.com.

DELIVERY — FURNITURE ITEMS

Our furniture is designed for efficient delivery and ships in compact, manageable packaging that can be handled by a single person and delivered directly to your door.
Deliveries are made to your door by DHL Express. No appointment is required for standard delivery. A signature may be required upon receipt depending on your location and order value.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at your shipping address. If no one is available, DHL will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel from a local DHL ServicePoint.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible for standard courier delivery. MaisonSofa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to access restrictions at your address.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT

All orders shipped to US addresses are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — meaning all applicable import duties and taxes are included. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if something is missing, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at contact@maisonsofa.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damage or packaging
We will work to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 5 business days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. MaisonSofa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@maisonsofa.com. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
